2025 Regional MEATUP "Mini-Conference"

We are thrilled to announce our inaugural Mini-Conference will be in conjunction with The Shed Showdown dual steak and BBQ competition in Ocean Springs, MS coming up on January 16-18, 2025. This event will include educational seminars, networking opportunities, and all the business-building exercises that NBBQA is renowned for, but at a much lower cost for our members and attendees.

 

This will be the first of several MEAT UP events or mini-conferences. Due to the rising costs of hosting our traditional week-long mega conferences, we have decided to adapt. After extensive discussions with sponsors, attendees, and members, we will now partner with existing events to host multiple two or three-day smaller events. This new format will still feature educational sessions and sponsored booths from partnering companies as well as multiple networking opportunities but at a significantly reduced cost for attendees and sponsors.
