John F. Head MBBQ has administered The Master BBQ School from his corporation bbqcookingschool.com LLC in Denver, Colorado, since 1998. The school has been presented to more than 2,000 students over 20 years and has helped hundreds of chefs, BBQ teams, backyard BBQers and enthusiasts hone their BBQ and grilling skills. This home-study course is approved by the American Culinary Federation for 50 hours of continuing education credit for chefs who need 80 hours for recertification every five years.
